1. The Bespoke Nature of Goods
Every product sold by Make Your Lamp (MYL) is custom-made to order using 3D printing technology.
- Unique Variations: You acknowledge that 3D printing (FDM) results in subtle layer lines and surface textures. These are not defects but characteristics of the manufacturing process.
- Visual Representation: AI-generated previews and 3D renders are for illustrative purposes to show the lamp in a lifestyle setting. Actual light transmission and physical appearance may vary.
2. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
- Ownership: All digital designs, 3D models, mathematical formulas, and AI-generated preview images created through the MYL platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of MYL.
- Promotional Usage: By using this service, you grant MYL the right to use any design generated on the platform—including those you purchase—for promotional, marketing, or portfolio purposes across social media, websites, and print, without prior notice or compensation to you.
- Usage License: You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the physical product for personal use. You may not replicate, reverse-engineer, or commercially resell the digital design logic or the physical product.
3. Service Availability & Data Loss
- Right to Suspend: MYL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the website and ordering service at any time without prior notice for maintenance, updates, or business pivots.
- No Responsibility for Data Loss: We are not responsible for any lost designs, unsaved parameters, or progress lost due to service suspension, technical failure, or session timeouts. It is your responsibility to finalize and order your design.
4. Order, Payment & Shipping
- Manual Confirmation: Orders are only accepted once payment is verified via WhatsApp.
- Payment: We accept FPS and PayMe only.
- Shipping: All deliveries are handled by SF Express via "Pay on Delivery" (順豐到付). MYL is not responsible for shipping costs or courier delays.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Exclusion: As these are bespoke 3D-printed goods, we do not offer refunds or returns for "change of mind."
- Damages: If a product arrives broken, provide photo proof via WhatsApp within 24 hours for a replacement print.
